Loadbearing builds software on top of the systems businesses already run. It is operated by Pest Leads Pro LLC. This page explains what we hold about the business people we contact, where it comes from, who handles it for us, and how to make us stop.
What we hold about you
- Your name, job title and the company you work for.
- Your business email address and business phone number, if we found them.
- The address of your public LinkedIn profile, if we found it. We read the public parts of that profile (your role, your company, what you post about your work) to write a note to you, and keep only the address and whether you connected.
- Short notes about your company taken from its public website (for example, how customers place orders).
- The emails and LinkedIn messages we sent you and any replies you sent us, and notes from a call if we spoke.
We do not buy lists, we do not guess email addresses, and we do not sell or rent anything we hold.
Where it comes from
Your company’s own website and other public pages, and two contact-data services (Hunter and Prospeo) that find business email addresses. Every address is checked by an email verification service (Reoon or ZeroBounce) before we write to it.
Who handles it for us
- Google Workspace: sends and receives our email.
- Unipile: connects our founder’s own LinkedIn account so we can send connection requests and messages.
- Supabase: the database where all of the above is stored.
- Anthropic: reads a reply you send us so it can be sorted (for example, "interested" or "please stop"). An automated reply always says it is automated.
- Discord: carries internal notes to our founder so he knows whom to call.
- Cal.com: runs our booking page, if you book a call.
- Buffer: publishes our own social media posts. It holds nothing about you.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website.
- Hunter, Prospeo, Reoon and ZeroBounce: find and verify business email addresses.
No tracking
Our emails are plain text. They carry no tracking pixel and no tracked links, so we do not know whether you opened them. This website has no analytics, advertising pixels or chat widget.
How to make us stop
Reply "stop" to any email or LinkedIn message, use the Unsubscribe button your email app shows on our message, or write to abe@tryloadbearing.com. You are removed at once, on email and LinkedIn alike, and the removal is permanent: our system refuses to contact you again.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to the same address. We answer within 30 days; deletion keeps only what the do-not-contact list needs.
How long we keep it
If you never reply, we stop writing after a short series of emails: four, and never more than six. We delete the details of people who never replied within 12 months, and anyone’s details when they ask. If you ask us to stop, we keep your email address, phone number or profile address on our do-not-contact list for as long as we operate, so that the request holds.
